Welcome to Lubikon!

We are a community built around tabletop gaming, pop culture and bringing people together. While the Lubikon convention has been running since 2022, our Kill Team community started growing after introducing the game to the convention in 2024. Since then we've been running regular demo events and building an active local scene in Lublin.

We meet once a month on Sundays at the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS). Starting with the new season, we're also adding monthly tournaments alongside our regular hobby meetings.

Our club is home to every kind of player. Some of us love the narrative side of Kill Team, painting miniatures and building immersive battlefields. Others travel across Poland chasing tournament success. Three of our members have been nominated for the Polish national team, while our captain will represent Poland in the main roster at the World Team Championship in Belgium.

Introducing new people to the hobby is one of our favourite things to do. We provide miniatures, terrain and everything needed to play your first games. We start with simplified rules and gradually introduce more mechanics, making it easy to learn without feeling overwhelmed.

Although Kill Team is our main focus, you'll occasionally find games of Warhammer 40,000, Spearhead and Necromunda at our events as well.

Beyond our local meetings, we actively support Igrzyska Gier Bitewnych (IGB) in Puławy, one of Poland's largest miniature wargaming events. Every year, we also organize; Lubikoa convention that brings together fans of tabletop games, RPGs, board games, cosplay and pop culture from across the region.
